Real Grenadines brings together UK-based development planning consultants, Globe Consultants Ltd, and St Vincent & The Grenadines’ real estate experts, Old Fort Estates. We combine extensive international experience with in-depth local knowledge of the Grenadines to provide this unique one-stop service. and all that these amazingly beautiful islands can offer to discerning home-seekers and investors.

Globe’s links with the Caribbean have developed through helping governments in the region with major planning projects (initially we were working as “Lichfield Planning”). In the process, we’ve come to know and love the Grenadines – the islands and their communities - and now we want to make our experience available to others.

Our alliance with Old Fort Estates has grown from a chance meeting between Globe Director, Steve Kemp and Quirin Schaedle of Old Fort Estates. On his first visit to The Grenadines, Steve was taken aback by the beauty of the islands, the friendliness of the community and the opportunities for sensitive development. Steve and Quirin are now working together, in Real Grenadines, to identify opportunities for individuals and firms interested in quality and value, and prepared to take a sensitive, sustainable approach to development.

Old Fort Estates

Based on the beautiful Grenadines island of Bequia, Old Fort Estates, a long-established family firm, maintains a varied portfolio of investment land and properties in this quiet, but soon-to-be-discovered, part of the Caribbean. Current listings can be viewed on the Old Fort Estates website but these only provide a snapshot of the opportunities that can be explored here by combining Quirin Schaedle’s knowledge and love of the islands and his invaluable network of local contacts with the international planning and development insights that Steve Kemp and his Globe colleagues can provide.
