The house is in an elevated position trapping the cooling tradewinds that constantly caress the island, and with high ceilings encouraging the cooler air to circulate.
In the main living space is the open, modern kitchen with high stools at a breakfast bar, a central working island and cafe style contemporary lighting. A large US style fridge and dishwasher help make the food preparation much less of a chore.
