Crocker House was built and designed around the captivating views and natural flow of the cooling breeze rising up from the ocean beneath. Facing north the property has expansive ocean views stretching from West to East, out and across to St Vincent the main island. Lower Bight bay a great spot for snorkeling and diving, can easily be accessed from the property, with the private Moonhole sand beach is only steps away. From the entrance to the property made by an immense arched formation one fallows through a large open deck consisting of a spacious lounge furnished with hammocks and a dining table.

Each bedroom consist of large beds and ensuite bathrooms that command spectacular views and intimate patios and decks. Lounge areas and a bar with wooden topped tables and a curved arched window and seating are part of the magnificent living spaces. Overlooking the living area is the large kitchen with expansive wooden floored dining and various dining capabilities to the end of the immense upper deck there is a curved whale - rib bar ideal for entertaining and built with whale bones and bar stools made out of whale vertebrate.

From anywhere on the property one can enjoy sounds of the ocean from both sides of the property be it the Caribbean or Atlantic Sea side. The upper deck affords panoramic views overlooking St. Vincent to the North with Baliceaux, Battowia, Petit Nevis, Isle a Quatre, Mustique, Canouan, Union and Pigeon Island to the East and South. Seine boats and dive boats recurrently anchor in the "Bight" with passing yachts, fishing boats, and ferries being the only "traffic" one sees.
