Hawks Nest & Cottage

Hawks Nest is a lovely, traditional villa on the Old Cart Road in Spring. The location of this spectacular property is unique, being only a few hundred feet up from Spring Valley, giving the property a view that is absolutely magnificent. It also benefits through comfortable tropical breezes coming up from the ocean beneath. Due to its grand location, set within a half acre of sloping woodlands, the property is also very private. Hawks Nest is only a few minutes drive from the nicest shops, bars, restaurants, and the two best swimming beaches on the island.

The house has an open, spacious plan and is decorated with a traditional feel in calm colours throughout. The living room on the upper level is airy and open with double doors leading out onto the grand terrace. It has an abundance of space to sit, relax and make the most of the stunning views that Hawks Nest has to offer.There are various great dining areas, a convenient laundry room and utility room. There is also a lounge with a wooden floor and glass sliding doors that open out to the large pool deck that provides superb views overlooking the Firefly Plantation and the Atlantic Ocean, where you may glimpse a dolphin or whale if you're lucky.

On the upper level is a master bedroom overlooking the terrace pool which consists of a king sized four poster bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet & dressing room .The property also has a twin bedroom that overlooks the plunge pool and another third bedroom. The poolside room, which is located on the lower level of the house,has a double bedroom, bathroom and closet, with an intimate galley kitchen offering al fresco dining. The second pool is L-shaped and is surrounded by a non slip stone deck. There is also a pool shower room and toilet.

The adjoining guest cottage has a private entrance provides additional privacy from the main house. There is a king sized four poster bed on the upper level and a second king sized bed on the ground floor of this separate accommodation. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and dressing rooms. Within the grounds of Hawks Nest there is one garage and a provided parking space for up to five vehicles.
