An elegant quaint property located in the exclusive area of Spring and built in the traditional Caribbean style on a grand plot of flat land (which itself is rare in Spring). Designed as a spacious main house with an adjacent guest section, a large balcony extends around the entire house allowing for comfortable outdoor living with views over the houses front lawn, large pool and gardens. From the property one can also look down into Spring and the Atlantic Ocean located to the East. The main house was built in the early 90's with the addition of the guest rooms and swimming pool in 2006. The house is in good condition and has been a permanent home for many years.

The air-conditioned kitchen is fully fitted with modern units and has a large fridge & freezer with a built stove and oven. With access from the large living room, the smaller of the two bedrooms in the main house are air conditioned and feature a hand-crafted twin wardrobe and dressing table occupying the full width of the room. An additional bathroom is accessed between the bedroom and the kitchen, also from the living room. The large living room features doors which can fully open to the back and that helps keep the room cool. Accessed from both the front and rear of the house is the main bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom with a large built-in wardrobe just opposite. The large doors have louvres which, again as with the living room, allow natural cooling due to the constant trade winds.

The guest suites were originally built as having two large bedrooms complete with en-suite facilities and walk-in closets, both being air conditioned. In 2015 one bedroom was re-designed to become a living room with its bathroom being converted to a kitchen thus allowing the building to be used as a separate self contained apartment. It could be easily converted back to its original design. Under the balcony to the back is a large workshop & two storage areas. The property is fed through a pressure pump system with the garden being spaciously designed accommodating several species of palm and fruit trees. A bush hedge to the right and trees to the left of the land around the house provides an excellent aura of privacy.
