King House

King House is a beautiful villa designed by a renowned Mustique based architect called Thomas Dehen. This property is located on a prime cliff-top plot overlooking beautiful Princess Margaret Beach, which has been named by the Guardian (UK) as one of the top 10 best beaches in the world. From this grand setting, one can enjoy seeing yachts of all sizes sailing in and out of bustling Admiralty Bay.

Lower Bay Beach, which has been a favorite amongst locals and tourists alike for many years, especially on weekends, is a mere few minutes walk away. Numerous good restaurants and bars operate in this lush and tropical beach area.

The property has been completely rebuilt on the site of an old fishing cottage, which had been standing there for several decades. It has a contemporary unique design and is built on and around various levels. The property has one of the most beautiful pools in the grenadines with a cascading waterfall that splashes from a smaller plunge pool that is located just out from the balcony of the master suite.
