La Pagerie

“La Pagerie” is a French colonial style beachfront luxury villa nestled in High North Nature Park, on the authentic island of Carriacou, the most southern isle of the Grenadines Archipelago, a true sailing paradise.

The house is built on a half acre planted and flowered garden, right above a secluded coral stone and sand beach. Spectacular coral reefs encircle a natural sandy sea basin ideal for safe swimming and are home to many various tropical fish species.

The villa has an inside living space of 370 m2. Utilities (garage, washroom and pump room) account for an additional 158 m2 and all decks (dinner deck, lounge deck and pool deck account for 257 m2: Total built surface is therefore 785 m2.

The villa comprises of two large (53 m2 each) en-suite bed rooms on first floor named Nutmeg and Pepper and one smaller bedroom (19 m2) named Ginger, two en-suite bedrooms (18 m2 each) on ground floor, named Vanilla and Cinnamon, one independent studio in the basement (garden level) for services (28m2). La Pagerie is located in High North Nature Reserve, which homes parrots, a unique situation in the Caribbean. The villa is beachfront, directly located above a naturally private sand and coral stone beach cove, with coral reefs on each side. A beach deck offers long chairs by the beach and a pleasant shower.

A major advantage offered by Carriacou is that it is outside the “hurricane belt”, being South of the usual hurricane path; Still the villa is built so solidly that it has received a level 7 (highest one) for resistance to hurricanes.

Carriacou has its own regional airport, served daily by SVG Air with Islander planes featuring 1 pilot and 9 passengers: Only 20 minutes scenic flight from Grenada international airport, directly connected with London, Frankfurt, New York, Miami, Atlanta and Toronto. There is also a daily sea service with a speedboat, 1h30 min from St George’s port in the main island. La Pagerie is 6 min from the airport and 5 min from the main jetty at Hillsborough (main town on the island). Hillsborough features shops and restaurants.

The property offers a permanent concierge service with a 24 hours hotline linked to the estate customer service manager, homed nearby. She may arrange for food catering, car and boat rentals, excursions around, etc.
