Park Bay Estate

Park Bay House is a spacious, eco-friendly, beachfront 4 bedroom villa. It enjoys complete privacy and proximity to splendid beaches along with breathtaking views of the ocean in the foreground and the neighboring Grenadine islands in the distance. The covered terraces are cooled by the trade winds making them the perfect place to relax whether the sun is shining or the stars are dazzling from the sky above.

The house itself is light and airy and was built in traditional Caribbean style from tropical hardwood and natural stone. With four bedrooms and three baths, the two-story villa can accommodate up to 12 people can as the villa has eight beds and a sleeper sofa. It also features two living rooms, two porches, and a large courtyard with barbecue area ensures plenty of space to relax and entertain in.

The living rooms and master bedrooms offer spectacular views of the sea, with the neighboring Grenadine islands of Mustique, Battowia and Balliceaux on the horizon. The upstairs second bedroom looks on to the rising hills at the rear. Everywhere in the house is serene and private.

Each of the villa's four bedrooms has a distinctive character. The upstairs master suite has an antique hand-carved four-poster king bed while the second bedroom has beautiful mahogany twin beds and an en suite bathroom. The master bedroom on the lower level has a romantic alcove with a queen bed and a twin-size day bed in its sitting area. The second bedroom on this level has twin beds which may be joined to form a king-width bed.

A queen sleeper sofa in the upstairs living room and a twin-size day bed in the downstairs living room provide additional beds for guests. All beds are fitted with high-quality mattresses and fine linens.

Each floor has a large living room which opens onto a well-shaded porch across the entire front of the room. The upstairs living area has a seating area with upholstered furniture and the dining table seats six comfortably, while a smaller table seats four. The kitchen is open plan and features a breakfast bar with counter height seating.

Downstairs the living room has two day-bed sofas, with an additional twin-size day bed in a quiet corner. A large antique card table with seating for four completes this living space.
