Location
A 200-meter stroll down the road takes guests to a newly opened air-conditioned Gym & Fitness Centre, Grocery store, Bakery and the local Ocar Beach. The harbour town of Port Elizabeth is just a few minutes stroll away for more shops, restaurants and all amenities.

Indoors
The main living area level features a spacious lounge and kitchen/dining area that opens onto the pool deck with spectacular views of Port Elizabeth and the beautiful east coast Lower Bay and Princess Margaret Beach. The open and airy pavilion-style design is naturally cooled by the Caribbean trade winds that constantly flow in from the sea. There are also ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms, and the louvred windows allow plenty of airflows. The windows and doors are fully screened, and mosquito nets are on the beds for additional comfort. The villa was designed in minimalist Caribbean style, both sophisticated and modern, whilst embracing the Bequia barefoot chic characterising this unique island.

Sleeping
The property sleeps seven guests in 3 Queen-sized bedrooms plus a sofa-bed just off the primary bedroom. The main suite is on the upper floor with an adjoining annexe which also has a sofa bed. A 15 inch keypad safe is available in the primary bedroom to secure all your valuables. All the three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with an additional 4th guest washroom.

Living
The well-equipped kitchen contains a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, sizeable US-style fridge freezer and all usual appliances. In addition, the villa has hot water throughout from the solar-heated system. There is also a fire-stick for internet TV.

Outdoors
The shaded pool patio features a pond with running recycled water to create a wonderfully relaxing spa-like atmosphere. This villa is constructed on two levels, with 2 of the bedrooms located on the lower level giving them easy access to the large 12 x 32 foot pool. This beautiful flat stone pool is 4 feet deep and offers stunning views over the entire Admiralty Bay. Enjoy Fresh pickings from the garden in season: passion fruit, papaya, eggplant and a herb garden which has also been cultivated. The property also features a parking & turning areas and there are security cameras outside the property to give peace of mind.
