Two beautifully located plots ideal to accommodate an attractive residential property or business located in one of the most outstanding areas one can possibly find in beautiful St.Lucia. Both lots are sized 13903 sq.ft. and 12816 sq.ft. respectively and can be purchased together or separate. The views overlook the quaint village of Soufriere, framed by the numerous mountains and hills and overlook the magnificent Pitons, the islands most famous landmark. One can even see the puffing active volcano, from which the town has been named, and an entire span of the sparkling ocean, ie. in short, the entire World Heritage site from East, South to West.

A viewing platform was recently built approximately 150 ft above the historic town of Soufriere, its location being just above both lots.

The location of this viewing area is the most photographed view on the island. This indicates just how spectacular these plots really are!
