The Eyrie

The Eyrie was designed and built in the 1960’s of local stone and tropical hardwood, in the style of Frank Lloyd Wright, based on octagonal shapes. It has been tastefully modernized and upgraded by the current owners and is presented in immaculate condition! The property is designed for indoor/outdoor living. Cooled by the Atlantic Tradewinds, it has no need for air- conditioning and the electric power is from a grid tied solar panel system.
