13 Degrees North

13 Degrees North is a comfortable and spacious 2-bedroom property on Bequia, located in a quiet residential area on the hillside of Belmont. This villa is just a short walk away from two of the island's most popular beaches, Lower Bay Beach and Princess Margaret Beach, and a short drive from the quaint island capital town of Port Elizabeth.

The upper level of the villa has 2 large bedrooms, one with a double and the other with twin beds. As the dividing wall of these bedrooms does not reach the full height of the ceiling, a natural airflow allows for the interiors to stay cool. Both bedrooms open up to a large south facing terrace where you can enjoy fabulous views overlooking Admiralty Bay. There is also a large bathroom on this level.

13 Degrees boasts a spectacular private pool that is protected by lush palms and surrounded by a relaxing deck area, easily accessed from the 2 upper bedrooms. The lower level has a large open-plan living and dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. This opens up to a large covered veranda to the front, ideal for alfresco dining and complete with a hammock and barbecue.
