The Location

Located directly above Princess Margaret Beach, the estate enjoys a peaceful and private setting with immediate access to calm, crystal-clear waters. Admiralty Bay stretches out below, providing a picturesque backdrop throughout the day and stunning sunsets in the evening. The villas are close enough to the beach to stroll down in moments, yet high enough to feel secluded and tranquil.

• An upper-level primary bedroom with a king-size bed and the most commanding views of the estate
• A ground-floor double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, private patio, and kitchenette
• Two main-floor bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and private terraces, positioned on either side of the dining and kitchen areas

Both villas feature comfortable, inviting interiors designed for relaxed Caribbean living. Flamingo Villa features a bright living area with panoramic views, an open-plan kitchen and dining space with seating for six, and modern amenities including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and cable TV throughout.

Turtle Point Villa provides a colourful and welcoming lounge with a daybed, a fully equipped kitchen, and indoor dining spaces that flow naturally into outdoor areas. Both kitchens are well-appointed for self-catering, and chef and meal preparation services can be arranged at an additional cost for those wishing to enjoy a more indulgent experience.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this estate. Flamingo Villa boasts a newly built infinity plunge pool with a broad furnished terrace overlooking the bay, perfect for sunbathing and alfresco dining.

Turtle Point Villa has recently been enhanced with an extended decking area and a new splash pool, adding even more space for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying the sunset views. Shaded gazebos, sun loungers, and landscaped gardens surround both villas, creating a variety of outdoor settings to suit every moment of the day.

Staff & Services

The estate is supported by a professional and attentive staff team. Daily housekeeping and complimentary pick-up and transfer to the villas are included in the rates.
