Sandrock Villa is a stunning Bequia luxury villa rental perched on a private ridge with panoramic views over the Caribbean Sea. Laid back luxury living from its perfectly located ridge-top position on the southern-most tip of Bequia. Guests can enjoy both sunrise & sunset views from the beautifully landscaped grounds. The position is truly unique, with the Caribbean Sea just steps behind the property and panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Location

The villa is the perfect base for those seeking peace & seclusion, whilst also being within striking distance of the main amenities & shopping of Port Elizabeth, the bars/restaurants of the Belmont Walkway & the main beaches of Princess Margaret & Lower Bay. The Liming is a short walk along the beach.

Sleeping

The villa features five spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms, each beautifully designed with an en-suite bathroom and stunning ocean views. The king-size beds can be converted into twin singles in one of the bedrooms for flexible family accommodation.

The bedrooms are spread across three separate buildings: four are divided between two villa wings, while the primary bedroom suite is in its own standalone building. Please note: The primary bedroom suite is only available for bookings of nine or more guests. For smaller groups, the four bedrooms in the two wings will be prepared.

Indoors

The main living space has folding doors that open out onto the stunning terraces overlooking the ocean. Modern, relaxed sofas combine to create a soft, central meeting point flanked to both the south and the north by stunning ocean vistas.

Outdoors

There are two stylish pools – the smaller infinity plunge pool on the upper deck and a larger swimming pool on the lower sun deck that measures 40 feet by 20 feet. Both are south-facing and are surrounded by natural wood decking. There are a total of eight loungers to soak up the warm Caribbean sun whilst sipping on a cocktail – pure bliss – Sandrock is situated on a safe and calm beach, making it the ideal place for swimming as well as offering the chance to experience Bequia’s world-class snorkelling (complimentary gear provided). There is even a sandy volleyball court & games area next to the pool & bar.

Staff

Complimentary airport transfers along with a meet and greet upon arrival with the house team followed by drinks and nibbles. Discreet and attentive staff on stand-by to provide housekeeping duties, including complimentary maid service every 2-3 days.

Good To Know

Your safety and well-being are essential to us. We ask that children be supervised by an adult at Sandrock Villa, especially around unfenced areas, swimming pools, balconies, and water.

Storm Beryl in mid-2024 did some damage to the Jetty and washed away a lot of the beach sand. The sand has since returned to the beaches and the jetty will be repaired and rebuilt at some point in the future. Our recent guests did not feel that the limited use of the jetty impacted their stay.
