The Villa

The Location

Perched 300 feet above Hope Beach, Sights & Sounds offers breathtaking ocean views over a pristine, palm-lined crescent of coral sand and clear turquoise Caribbean waters that change color with the light throughout the day. A short 12-minute walk brings you to this secluded stretch, perfect for wave riding, body surfing, or a private beach escape.

The villa’s infinity-edge saltwater pool blends seamlessly with the ocean, creating a singular oceanfront experience, while on the horizon you can gaze across the waves to Mustique Island, home to celebrities and royalty. Whether relaxing on the beach, in the pool, or enjoying the dramatic rocky coastline of Hope Point, the location perfectly combines privacy, natural beauty, and that iconic Caribbean charm.

The Bedrooms

Sights & Sounds features three beautifully appointed, air-conditioned bedrooms in the main villa, each with its own private terrace and sun loungers. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with double vanities and private outdoor showers, enclosed by tropical gardens for privacy. The rooms are furnished with solid mahogany four-poster king beds, spacious dressing rooms, and cozy reading areas. Details such as luxury linens, ceiling fans, iPod docks, and comfortable wicker seating add to the comfort.

The primary bedroom is located on the upper level, enjoying the best views of the sea. One of the lower-level bedrooms includes a screened-off children’s area with bunk beds and bright, playful décor. There is also a pack ‘n play portable crib available for families with young children.

In addition to the main house, the villa includes a separate studio apartment with a double bedroom, en-suite bathroom, and a small kitchen with a four-burner stove. It shares the driveway and parking area with the main house but has its own water supply, offering extra privacy for additional guests.

Indoors

The interiors of Sights & Sounds are designed with comfort and style in mind. The main living space features a vaulted ceiling made from Brazilian Ipe wood and polished Ipe floors. Large tri-fold doors on three sides open fully to the terrace, allowing plenty of natural light and air to fill the space.

The living area is furnished with two oversized white sofas, lounge chairs, ottomans, and occasional tables, making it an inviting place to relax at any time of day. The dining area includes a large mahogany table that seats up to 10 people.

A gourmet kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a central island, and a walk-in pantry. It includes all the necessary cookware and dinnerware, as well as small appliances for added convenience.

Outdoors

The outdoor spaces at Sights & Sounds are as impressive as the interior. The saltwater infinity-edge pool is surrounded by natural shell stone decking and landscaped tropical planters. Comfortable Balinese sun loungers, umbrellas, and plantation chairs make it easy to enjoy the views or relax in the shade.

Next to the pool, there’s a covered outdoor dining area, and another option to dine beneath the stars. A nearby bar and kitchen area make it perfect for entertaining, from sunrise breakfasts to romantic sunset dinners.

Safety has also been considered, with removable pool and balcony barriers in place. The villa offers a secure two-car garage, a night watchman for added peace of mind, and safes for storing valuables.
